The Sharing App is the central tool for users to book, open and use vehicles. All functions are bundled in a single application.
Registration
Users create an account directly in the app. A means of payment can be stored and the driving license can be checked automatically.
Book Vehicles
Vehicles can be booked quickly and intuitively. The app automatically takes into account availabilities, charging times and location logic.
Digital Vehicle Key
The app replaces the physical key. Vehicles can be opened and closed directly via smartphone.

A user account can be used for various purposes, for example for business, private or service trips.
Sharing Portal
The Sharing Portal is the web-based booking platform for desktop use and complements the Sharing App. Users can create and manage bookings conveniently in the browser.

Vehicle Access without App
Alternative access methods such as RFID cards and PIN codes are available for applications without app access.
Calendar Overview
All bookings are displayed in a clear calendar view. Filters and search functions facilitate planning.
Account Management
Users can manage their account themselves, store identification documents and payment methods and make personal settings.
PROVIDER PORTAL
The Provider Portal enables the clear control of your own offering. The focus is on ease of use and automated processes. The aim is to minimize the administrative effort as much as possible.
Fleet Management
All vehicles in the system can be managed. This includes location, availability, vehicle status, technical details and assignments to stations or organizations.
Booking Overview
All bookings can be viewed and filtered centrally. The status, duration, user assignment and vehicle details are directly retrievable. Bookings can be adjusted or cancelled if required.
User Management
Management of users, corporate clients, validation points and driving authorizations. Organizations can be created, assigned and provided with roles.
Contract Management
Tariffs and contract conditions can be created, adapted and assigned to individual user groups or organizations. Driving credit and special conditions can also be managed.
